01. Acceptance of Conditions

XenvoraLoop provides expert consultancy and systems architectural solutions. By using this website or engaging our services, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you are entering into this agreement on behalf of a company, you represent that you have the authority to bind such entity to these provisions.

Agreement to these terms is a prerequisite for any data optimization audit or system deployment. We reserve the right to modify these terms as our continuous analytics methodologies evolve to match industry standards.

02. Consultancy Scope & Limitations

Our engagement is strictly focused on the architecture of continuous analytical loop systems. We specialize in the logic that moves data through recursive processing cycles to ensure system health and accuracy.

Scope includes the design of data filtering and normalization layers.
Scope does not include raw data entry, manual bookkeeping, or third-party hosting management.
We act as architects, not as permanent outsourced operational staff.

03. IP and Logic Design

While the client retains ownership of their raw data and business-specific parameters, XenvoraLoop maintains all intellectual property rights for the underlying loop architecture, proprietary algorithms, and recursive logic frameworks developed during the consultancy.

04. Fee Structure Notice

Engagement fees are calculated based on system complexity and the required scale of continuous analytics integration. All project milestones require a commencement deposit before the hardware diagnostic phase begins.

Audit Phase

Fixed-rate diagnostic to map existing data systems and identify loop friction points.

Architectural Phase

Custom design and deployment of the continuous optimization layer.

05. Professional Liability Caps

XenvoraLoop’s liability for any claim arising out of our architectural consultancy—whether in contract, tort, or otherwise—shall not exceed the total fees paid by the client for the specific project phase in question. We are not responsible for data loss caused by third-party hardware failure or unauthorized internal access to the loop systems by the client's staff.
